We have a 30-day policy, whereby if you experience any issues that effects the products use, simply send a video of the problem to our team and we will send you a free replacemen. And if you desire a refund, simply re-package the item as you received it and we will send you a free return label. Once arriving at our warehouse and being inspected, we will process a full refund.
