SHIPPING TIMES:

We currently ship to the USA, all orders are processed within 1 day of placing the order.
All orders are shipped using local US postal services, and arrive with 2-5 days.

All shipping times are in business days and orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. All shipping times are from the date of dispatch.

REMOTE AREAS:

All shipping times are for metro areas only, if your shipping address is in a remote area then shipping may take longer. 

EXEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES:

Shipping times also don't include any customs clearance delays and any other delays caused by exceptional circumstances. In this case our team will contact you immediately and keep you updated every step of the way.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES:

If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact our team at contact@punchr.co, and our team can change it for you if your order hasn't yet been dispatched. We dispatch all orders on business days within 24 hours.
